To begin the process, we will schedule a 30-minute consultation call and the client will submit a travel inquiry form. Consultations allow for the Travel Specialist to properly assess what you need and decide on which services best suits you, customize your experience to your expectations, and get started immediately!
After you have agreed to move forward with the booking process, the Travel Specialist will discuss the fees and conduct travel research. Price tiers: Base Concierge is $25 (1-4 Guest) Groups Between 5-10 guest require an initial concierge fee of $50. Groups over $20 guest require an initial coverage fee of $100. To begin searching accommodation and amenities, the concierge fee must be paid to the lead traveler. This amount is not applied to you trip, it is paid directly to Ttrip Travel Services, and is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Once the concierge fee is paid, allow 3 business days for your vacation quote to be created, unless stated otherwise. Upon receiving a quote, a scheduled phone call will be conducted to review and go over the quote and together if you have any questions or modifications, we can discuss that time.
After you decide that you want to move forward with your quote and your group is ready to make the deposits, we will schedule a date and time for everyone to make their payments. Once initial deposits payments are secured, your payment, collection, announcements and vacation preparations will be conducted by Ttrip Travel Services. Please update the travel specialist with any email, phone number or name changes immediately.
